Braxi came to my barn as an eight year old, at Hans Melzer's suggestion. Braxi is a charming fighter with heart. He is very personable and very self-confident. He can "read and write" and always wants to have fun and entertain himself. His general fitness, endurance, and speed are abundant. In the cross-country he looks for every obstacle and easily makes a clear round. With regular placings in M-Dressage and M-Jumping classes, he is the definition of combined training. Thanks to the generosity of Madeleine Winter-Schulze and a share from the Hannoveraner Verbandes, Braxi's future in my barn and on my Team is safely assured.  Also the FRH and DOKR must have my thanks for sharing his regular expenses.

During my first pregnancy Fritz Butt had the idea to bring along a horse to top sport together.  I am happy to have a horse from his breeding program in my barn. Together with Frau Butt we decided in memory of this great horseman and idealist, who did so much for the Eventing sport, Braxi would proudly carry the first name "Butts". After showing that he has the ability to become Champion at the European Championships in Pratoni del Vivaro in 2007, we had an exciting Olympic season in 2008. Braxi convinced everyone with his super performance and we won the Team Gold Medal. In 2009 he won the German Championships in Schenedfeld, but unfortunately our luck ran out at the European Championships in Fontainebleau.

After my "babybreak" Braxxi gave me a delightful entire 2010 season, with dreamlike cross country rounds. In Luhmülen we came 2nd in the CCI**** and then 13th at the WEG in Kentucky.
